The core vision of
Green Impact Energy is:

  • Actively scout, find and develop new green approaches beneficial for the greater good
  • Acting purely focused on sustainability
  • Involve and give back to the community
  • Non-political
  • Profit oriented

Who we are:

The GREEN IMPACT initiative was started in 2018 with the aim of identifying technologies and new economic approaches that have a real, longlasting impact to make the world carbon neutral while humanity can live a free, selfdefined and meaningful life.

New technologies are constantly scouted and will in future be built and tested on GREEN IMPACT`s own research and development facilities, with the sole focus on the actual impact of new concepts on the environment (no green washing) and on the economy of the common good.

This approach ensures that GREEN IMPACT developments are beneficial to the communities involved, people, the planet and future generations. All GREEN IMPACT initiatives are fully profitoriented, focusing eclusively on projects that are truly green, while still putting collaboration and community at the forefront.

Our Projects:

Crete

Holistic project for energy production, water treatment green hydrogen and real estate/tourism with the aim of developing sustainable coastal real estate on the one hand and get generating income by selling, surplus solar power and export green hydrogen.

New York

The Project Hudson Green will see a new, truly green approach to urban living with eco-built, self-sustaining skyscrapers, vertical farming, alternative cooling and heating, alternative energy generation and the use of large geodesic domes to ensure that the ‚Big Apple‘ lives up to its name.

Greenland

Holistic project for energy production, water treatment green hydrogen and real estate/tourism with the aim of developing sustainable coastal real estate on the one hand and get generating income by selling, surplus solar power and export green hydrogen.

Developements

Energy and INFRASTRUCTURE & COSTAL Development

The overall goal of GREEN IMPACT is to identify a Mediterranean island to make it fully energy independent and to create enough excess energy allowing a large scale production of green hydrogen. This making Sardinia a key player as a green energy supplier to the green economies of Europe and the rest of the world.

We identified the island of Crete and the island of Sardinia as some potential locations for the first Green Impact costal development and uplifting.

An initial project with a large economical mix and the goal to create a new green energy economic hub and a cool place to make holidays or immigrate to has been
prepared on Crete. However it could easily be adjusted for the local requirements of Sardinia who has among other things the big advantage of a large and well educated population and the connection to the European power grid with a 300MW/200kV power line.

Solar / Wind

Based on a project planned on the south-eastern part of Crete and in the middle of the island, an area of at least 6,000 hectares and an area of at least 1,800 hectares are ideal for the installation and development of large photovoltaic parks with an overall capactiy of 5 GW/2 GW optimized with windmills. The current project idea for Sardinia is focusing on 2’000 hectares of solar and wind farms.

Green Hydrogen

The core of the project is a very large Green Hydrogen Production with the potential of making Sardinia one of the largest global green hydrogen exporters. All hydrogen not consumed on Sardinia is exported by tankers and in a later stage through a pipeline. An industrial port facility is part of the project and development. The demand for green energy is enormous and almost every day another country or other large company announces a green hydrogen strategy. Launched this year, the Sardinia GREEN IMPACT Project will be the largest producer of green hydrogen in the northern hemisphere by 2026/28. Due to the new technologies applied the prices of Sardinian hydrogen are extremely competitive.

In addition, this enables an ideal cooperation with SIEMENS or other key players. The aim is joining forces in the first test phase and launch their first hydrogen-powered gas turbine at the GREEN IMPACT research site in Sardinia. SIEMENS is a key supplier of the energy production infrastructure. Because the classical use of hydrogen for energy storage still has a large optimization potential GREEN IMPACT has invested in the scouting of new promising technologies. Among the various technologies vetted the concept of SEAX Innovation with more than double energy efficiency has been identified as the most promising. As a proof of concept a test facility is running in Germany.

To give our project a competitive advantage and to make the commercial use of hydrogen more attractive GREEN IMPACT focuses to get our know-how patented. This to finance the final development of the technology, build a vertical integrated production and to allow the first green production plant to be built in Sardinia.

Research and Testing Facility

GREEN IMPACT stays at the edge of green technology with the set-up of research facilities worldwide. The first research facility will be located in Crete and is part of the project exploring the new mix of sun, wind and hydrogen, as well as the optimization of each technology in a realworld laboratory on a large scale.

Talks with universities and research institutes to join the new greentech hub have begun. This window of opportunity will close in a few months as the entire EU is on its way to becoming greener and has embraced sustainable energy and green hydrogen. A stiff competition for research talents will start very soon.

Water and Recycling

Water is a key element in the entire project. The use of drinking water is optimized to a maximum but still allowing the residents of our project areas a comfortable, sustainable lifestyle. With the use of desalinated water gained during the hydroelectricity production the entire project area will be greened and forestation projects will be part of the development. Water and a changed microclimate opens opportunities for new agricultural concepts and new green business.

Waste water will be treated with the highest possible purification standards and the biomass obtained reused in the form of biogas or as fertilizer. With this approach the Crete project is a show case for all costal regions that are looking for economical uplifting, new green energy sources and are in need of clean water and an integrated easy to run waste management system

Greening Afforestation

The new water recourses will be used to water the entire region with highly efficient micro drip systems. This will balance the climate in the region and new employments will be created in agriculture, services and of tourism. A first important step in creating a community driven movement to uplift rural coastal areas applying the GREEN IMPACT philospophy.

Green Infrastructure

GREEN IMPACT has not only reserved the land in the centre of the island but also reserved land located directly on the seashore. This land can’t be used for solar and wind farms but for energy storage, hydrogen production and for real estate development. With green infrastructure development an entire costal area will allow housing, resorts and green industry to be realised. The entire region will improve in efficiency and competitiveness. This creates the ideal ground for sustainable real estate developments and uplift the quality of life and work for the local community.

Sustainable Real Estate Development

With the central location in the Mediterranean, the new green touch of the island, the safe environment, possible tax deals, etc., the real estate team of GREEN IMPACT has identified areas with the potential to create a state-of-the-art mix between a new Marbella and the Cote d‘Azure. Just ways more exclusive, discreet, safer, less crowded and fully green.

The real estate developments are as well a hedge for the investors to have another source of income and of value generation should any delays occur in the energy projects. In four locations (so far), the team has identified interesting real estate projects, ranging from:

  • New ecological luxury villages
  • Highend luxury developments for exclusive villas in multiple very beautiful and remote areas (in one of the areas only hydrogen and electric vehicles etc. are allowed)
  • New marina for very large yachts offering hydrogen refueling
  • Private airport close to the marina and luxury villas
  • A whole new city
  • A luxurious golf resort with villas etc. on the coast on a 1‘800 hectare plot (ready for submission)

All projects are developed according to the new ecological image of for instance Crete and offer a high level of safety, comfort and exclusivity. Due to the water obtained from the energy projects, the entire new areas are irrigated and are therefore very green. A new paradise!

For a first phase including a master plan, the securing of the property and the submission of the first projects up to the readiness for construction, an investment of 40 to 60 million USD is required. After this is achived investments in multi-billions can be reailised either by GREEN IMPACT or jointly with third parties who enter the developed projects.
